Hi and welcome to Babyweight! My name is Chessa Batte and I am the instructor for Babyweight's Stroller Bootcamp, a high intensity cardio and strength bootcamp designed specifically to meet the needs of mothers, both before and after baby!
Our classes are tailored to the unique needs of Moms and their babies, toddlers, and beyond. We focus on the areas most used, and abused, by pregnancy and motherhood. All our Bootcamp classes take place in an outside environment, allowing baby and toddler to enjoy themselves just as much as Mom! As Moms, our children always come first, and our classes are no different. We get things moving to keep baby stimulated and keep our toddlers happy. Not only do you get in shape, but our children learn the importance of leading a healthy lifestyle and keeping fitness in their lives! I strive to keep the classes new and exciting, adding different routines constantly, and making sure to let you push yourself to be the best YOU can be. BabyWeight focuses on creating goals our Moms can not only reach, but exceed!
My love for teaching Bootcamp has only grown as the years go on, much in part due to the wonderful group of Moms we have! BabyWeight offers not only a way to get you back in shape, and looking and feeling your best, but it also gives you an incredible support group of women who know the joys and hardships of Motherhood as well as dealing with your post-baby body. Having a support group is so important not only for getting in shape and losing weight, but also for becoming a new Mom.
